Salary is not at par with central govt pay scale however as a psb employee, we are bound to contribute/implement all govt schemes at the grass root level. Thankless job

...agement is transparent.Company policies are good, better career than other bank. Appraisals are fair and good salary hume due to fast promotions.

A few rural branches are at very remote places .

...ing it is open to train the staff and adopts new tecnology to growth of bank. Salary wise reasonable .belives in retail banking. Have good promotion policy.I had liked to work with Dean bank.

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.
