what i liked about my job that there was no restriction and target headache. as far as BOB is concerned the organisation as a whole is survivable.

everything starting from employees salary and benefits to everyother thing.

...ions. * People who do work get rewarded with more work and responsibilities. *Performers and non performers get the same pay. * No quick resolution for any problem.

Job security, timely credit of salary, perks and allowances.

Dislikes

Lack of work life balance, impractical targets and nonchalant attitude of higher authorities. Unnecessary bashing. Higher authorities force the subordinates to lend loans without proper documentation just to meet the targets. Poor infrastructure of branches. Verbal abuses at times. In short, expectation from employees are high and support from management is nil. Culture is deteriorating with time.

HR Policy is Management Centric No Work Life Balance Work on Weekends Late working hours Too much pressure for cross selling. One time you are working in a city and suddenly you get transferred to the remotest of places

Job security and work life balance are the only two things to hold on to a banking job with PSU's.

...this ain't the place for you. The culture is quite laid back and growth is slow. Hard work doesn't pay off easily..
