...d it's the company with a great work ethics, work life balance and job security. Salary is all fixed + Sodexo & transport as an extra benefits. But since it's a bank, lot of projects are on legacy and switching from one technology to another is so difficult, it's only possible if you have good relations with leadership.

Dislikes

Since it's a bank so lot of legacy project and some of the guys working in a project from 10-12 years. So it's quiet difficult to get a good latest technology project or if you want to switch technology then you should have good relationship with manager. The other problem is with their is nothing like HR, they always say we are here for you but they are for managers only, and there is no value of associate in their eyes. They just came in picture for selling parental insurance, diversity and throwing policies on associates.

Service class company with senior posts occupied from TCS return candidates. selectivitism in salary hikes and promotions. dont join if you are looking for career growth.

... 8 lacks. Insurance for parents/aws. Sodexo food card with 1300 monthly balance. Yearly bonus. Cab facility if you are not availing it can be get transport allowance upto 1800 monthly.

Dislikes

Favoritism is there in internal leadership. Promotion cycle are long if you are an average performer.

Salary× Promotion /ratings× Hike doesn't even cover the inflation rates Some processes are good but mine was the worst Won't hire people even if we have loads of volumes for atleast 11 months a year. Indirectly pressure the employees to extend without any extra pay No night allowance Cafeteria is quite expensive for the allowance we are provided- 1300 per month Overcrowded workspaces No trips No outings

Management is damn worst and they literally torcher without listening the issues from employees ,for new entry mid level seniors it's very very tough to survive...lots of politics and tech stack wise is very old we work
