You will get good benefits apart from your salary like Cab, Sodexho Card, Gym. There is no variable pay in BA.

Dislikes

HR people are dummy in BA, If you will have good relationship with your manager or VP then you will get good appraisal or promotion. They are having escalation process but if you escalate something about your manager then it will first reach to your manager and they will corner you. There is no onsite opportunity in BA

No open source technologies, you will post all your skills.. better to avoid this company. Do not choose GMSP - Fixed income projects.. all GMSP projects using quartz framework. No incentive,no bonus only fixed income. P

Work culture is very good and work life balance is impressive. Everyone in the office very cooperate and helping in nature. Managers and HR partners are very helpful. They will listen to your queries patiently and help you as soon as they can.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are average when compared to other product/bank related companies.
