It’s a very good organization where salary and job security top notch across the industry segments.

Organization provides bonus and some of benefits to AVP level and above. Bossing culture is very much prevalent and if you aren’t agree with your supervisor by anyway though you’re right you’ll get punished and even HR also supporting to your supervisor. If you’re introvert in personality then you’ll be ready for sideline. In terms of your career progression and learning depends on your supervisor if they would feel comfortable then only you can proceed otherwise your supervisor finish your career through the way of bad appraisal rating. For your leave which is your rights as a employee but that will be depend when your supervisor will allow even your religious festival leave can be compromise. Mandatory leave that would be depend when your supervisor will allow/plan for you. You can’t avail your mandate leave as per your requirements. If organization provide any benefit like Relocation allowance or any wellness benefits that you cannot avail without condition. Community/Religious biasness is very much prevalent.

The Bank has room for improvement in several areas. One notable concern is the allocation of meaningful work for managers. It appears that majority of managers, DHs and DLs are involved in internal politics rather than focusing on the success of the bank, which can be disheartening for employees who strive to make genuine contributions without resorting to flattery.

Dislikes

...o place a greater emphasis on recognizing talent and hard work across the board. The current system, where recognition, awards, promotions, and salary increases appear to be concentrated among a select few, has contributed to a toxic and demotivating workplace culture. Addressing these concerns and promoting a more equitable and inclusive work environment would be instrumental in elevating the organization’s overall quality and culture.

No open source technologies, you will post all your skills.. better to avoid this company. Do not choose GMSP - Fixed income projects.. all GMSP projects using quartz framework. No incentive,no bonus only fixed income. P
