The company is very annoying keeps on giving shocks to employees every year. Never gives correct hikes. Says Normalization. Career here doesn't have any meaning. "Chaatu maaru" people will get promotions and ratings. Work will be assigned to persons who stick to system and others will be on breaks. HR here is just for Management centric and to intake employees Overall not a best place to work for long time. 2-3 years good for fresher

Salary hikes and ontime promotions will not be up to employee expectations. Transport is much worse.

Some MNC politics, small ego issues otherwise everything is OK. All ways favoured memorable company. Great culture good atmosphere, very honoured people working atmosphere is very good. Thank Q BOA Management for the given opportunity.

So much to learn and grow. Provided great opportunities and great people and leaders. Good opportunities to develop new skills.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like the disparity in income. Me who joined at the entry level and was a Team Developer basically level 3 had less package than level 2 who has joined at level with 2 years of experience. I did not even see ifnthe package was equalled at any stage. Moreover, I had better ratings compared to others I am comparing here.
