Till now I am placed in Chennai office which is the worst. Please if anyone is North Indian then never ever put chennai as your preference. The people are bit coperative but the managerial part which belongs to South Indian are worst. They will shout at you for no reason whenever you try to raise a single request. The work culture is also like no one in Chennai wants to teach a north indian fresher

...ng project models agnist the resources like SDM, shared services 2.No onsite 3.No normalization on pay , means once u join you need to demand big later u will get 8 to 9% standard hike , nowadays services based companies have increased hike % to face inflation rate but they still stick with old policies 4.they won't implement new technologies because of bank 5.employee benefits seems updated during 1980s fact , now due to attrition they are offering 25k for wellness benefits and employees can use that for parental insurance 6.hr support need to be increased only designed for organization benefit Employees will be scammed on insurance, employee referral benefits 7.They will treat you strange on notice period They will cut your internet , ext but it's applicable only in India

...I would say its awesome organization with beautiful work culture. Improvement: Pay scale should be recognised And yearly pay hike should be increased, And there should be some good amount of yearend bonus.

Almost everything is good at Bank of America.

...uck in a loop of working in old technologies. BOA has adopt latest technologies. Also, number of promotions were limited, pay hike was reduced and no onsite opportunities. I know some VP might have reduced all these and got good recognition for cost savings for the company but as employees its not good for us. BOA has to rethink on this cost savings. If you squeeze the employees then they might move out and its happening a lot from 2019. Many people are moving out. Bring back the benefits to the employees. Make them feel valued for the work they do.

Ba continuum does not do anything exceptional ly well.. it tries to improve upon the systems that are existing

Dislikes

Salary is strictly average.. its heavily dependent on your manager.. career progress can be very slow if you are not part of a good project/team.. there is a general lack of vision.. the us treat India team as just another vendor.. there is no much partner ship and there is no willingness to implement as well
