My team is all new only person who knows the product/project is not willing to share anything. If we have any issue, tech lead will saying one word answers. We have to figure out what is it. No support for new members. No KT. No help if your stuck in someting.

It's a employee centric company which always took care of their employees wellness and provides mental peace at work place. There is nothing as work pressure at all and all the Manager and Senior managers are very supportive and helpful.

The hikes that is provided over the financial year end is very minimal ranging in between 3-5% which is very less as per the inflation in the country.
