...ritating and angry boss.... Shouted u without any reason.... Zero incentive..... Always mistake in salary sheet.... There is very controversy every month due to salary... 1 min late rs 20 deduct.. 10 min.. 100rs..and after 30 min half day.. Not that is enough.... Very dependent on astrology.... U will select only if first letter of ur name is its desired letter, by asking to astrologer... U will insult at every time... In front of all the staff... They will never understand u.... They will always dominate u... Very dominating behaviour.... Its not end i have very much to tell... I can not describe this company's director behaviour in a single day.... Now its up to u... Make choice smartly

Timing is too long around 11 hour....also you have given only 2 off in a month this can be irritating from the point of view as a employer..working condition not so good...sudden changes in working culture is normal in BKD...
