Company is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal S. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
