CARE is the largest International NGO at Bangladesh from 1947 and its reputation is very high. It's a non profitable organization and I am working since 1993. CARE operated World wide under more hate 80 counties.

Overall not to say dislike anything but salary is average from market other hand presently I am working emergency project and daily work more than 12 hours and more than 14-15 project charging instruction follows.

This is my company Evercare hospital dhaka Bangladesh. This hospital as an JCI ( joint Commission internationa) So all time support me and my member. So this hospital is my beast one of them. Thank you

Bangladesh are better place to work place in this sector because everything we get easil. we get more support from our Govt. to this sector.

Some time we face road strike due to traffic jam. we lost of our working hours average 2 or more time.

Organization policy, working environment, learning behavior & Innovation, Provide training for staff development, Job security and career growth, Salary package are satisfactory.

Dislikes

Grouping issue is involve within staffs of CARE-Bangladesh for getting especial opportunity which was my dislike issue.
