Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing is likable about this company.

Dislikes

Where to start, they don't pay. Biased and there is absolutely no work culture. One of my worst mistakes to work in such a company, which I don't even include in the resume.

I have worked with many media companies, But the experience of working with Bangla Hunt is really different from all of those. Great professionalism, Supportive seniors, wonderful career prospect come together here. Here one will receive appreciation for good work along with career growth scopes. As one of the best Digital media house in Bengali it is natural to have work pressure though still super supportive seniors make the difference. happy to be a part of Bangla hunt.

I dont dislike anything about bangla hunt, but sometimes the work pressure is too much to get some time for yourself 😔..but I can understand...
