Infrastructure needs lot of improvement. Company culture may improve with more lateral entries with different perspectives and outlook.

The Bank was established in 1975 as per provision of RRB Act 1976 to cater the need for the rural development which I enjoyed fully through banking service.The management team was always very supportive and colleagues were very cooperative which I will cherish all the time.I feel lucky to such a nice organization. I was always blessed by the client and customers.I am satisfied with the career opportunity prevailing in the bank

Dislikes

Very few inmates were non cooperative Salary were affordable. Promotion policy was satisfactory.. Overall I enjoyed fully my service life.

Likes

Being an RRB, the bank is local culture oriented and lack cultural diversity. I love working with the AGVB.

Dislikes

Management biasness in case of promotions and rotational transfer issues. I hate this aspect of the management.

It's a very good organisation like any other commercial Banks in India, all the perks, perquisites, salaries and other benefits are at per with all the Nationalised Banks. Moreover in this concern you will find a very homely environment which will won't find in any commercial bank other than Gramin Banks. I strongly recommend any candidate to appear for the qualifying exams to get the job in this organisation. I wish them every success to enter into this concern.

It's a Regional Rural Bank,we have to serve rural people, also to implement various government policies.I think through development of rural people country may be developed.

Dislikes

As RRB has it's stake holders are Central Govt,State Govt,& Sponsor Bank.So it is difficult to formulate policies for the development of the Bank.
