Slow progress in terms of compensation and increments; authorities are not very understanding of the hardwork and effort put in by teachers, making it stressful and unsatisfactory often

A small school of just about 625 students. Breakfast and Lunch available.

Dislikes

- Caring connected community culture, which overrides importance of implementation of discipline, professional integrity and competence. - Lack of accountability in staff, due to inadequacies in handing / taking over of responsibilities. - Non availability of mandatory disclosure documents regarding permission to run the school from its current location, from the education department causing functional problems with the government department. - Too much interference from parents in day to day functioning. Since the school is parent run, parents behave as if they are “entitled” and the school staff are at their beck and call. - School is much more personality driven than process driven. The top leadership i.e., the trustees don’t have long term continuity in office and change every two years. - Sewage treatment plant is adjacent to the cafeteria, which is not at all hygienic. - Food served from the cafeteria lacks taste and is too focused on health and nutritional benefits. - Approach road to the school is horrible
