Certain dept have issue dur to their line manager & no proper communication internal politics ..... May irritating the people Requires rotation of line managers to dept dept will slove the issue

Everything! Poor work culture!! "Sir" culture in office. People stuck there for 10 15 years. Newbies are unwelcomed. They are burden with works and expectations are to deliver like tenured people on time🤦🏻‍♂️. Anyone from an MNC culture should never join this pathetic organisation.

...ian Airports ... CEO is the best BIAL ,The polices was awesome in organisation.. Every Year increment and bonus is next level. Job security and payment on right time.salary was on time even when on hard times likes corona peek.

Politics is very high and management initialy will here out issue but will corner you out in long run .career grouth is very slow.

Working in airport (clinets) is good experience and I didn't get proper salary appraisal travelling allowances. Still I didn't get last month salary. Work environment idls good because of clients.

...hrough employees and they won't ready to pay and for that best example me only.. still I am not received my last month salary and I have called and I am not getting any response from them.
