This is a worst organisation as one man is a decision maker as like ring master. This organisation has no work culture even you can't develop your skill or knowledge even there is no job security.

Worst work culture. Even they won't tell you during joining about contractual employees, they do treat different with permanent employee and contractual one. Poor management and leadership.

...ing he/she is appointed or not appointed for. I am suffering a lot working here. Also employees are given responsibilities after responsibilities without even talking about their increment in salary.

My colleagues are to some extent good. Other than that there is nothing good about the company

Time to time salary, Puja bonus, pf & mediclaim, 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sunday of every month is holiday.

No carrier growth, no job security, HR will not say to new employee that they will hire as a contractual basis, for new employee leave will not given properly.

Lots of Politics from senior authorities, always De appreciate juniors. Only want number of sales not placed students after completing course. This is not a NGO this is fully corporate business.
