Lots of Politics from senior authorities, always De appreciate juniors. Only want number of sales not placed students after completing course. This is not a NGO this is fully corporate business.

Time to time salary, Puja bonus, pf & mediclaim, 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sunday of every month is holiday.

Dislikes

No carrier growth, no job security, HR will not say to new employee that they will hire as a contractual basis, for new employee leave will not given properly.

...rfect to learn and understand the work..But there has lots of working pressure..Best thing is that the date of salary and the perfection of salay is too good.. but the growth the very slow ... Office culture is depends on as per center in charge's quality.

For me everything is so good for so far. As a female employee I can say it's very secure. Apart from that, management is also very good. I always get help whenever I contacted with my superior boss. BandhaKonnagar is very comfortable for female employee.

Salary and incriment little bit problem. Other than everything is very good

one year contractual basis then permanent , starting salary 13k ( first year)then 1000 add his/her and plus yearly increment 10% of salary. It NGO job but corporate style work. management good. job security ok if resign from job one-year employees before 15days and above one year employees before 30 days should submit their re-sign letter.
