My colleagues are to some extent good. Other than that there is nothing good about the company

Time to time salary, Puja bonus, pf & mediclaim, 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sunday of every month is holiday.

Dislikes

No carrier growth, no job security, HR will not say to new employee that they will hire as a contractual basis, for new employee leave will not given properly.

Lots of Politics from senior authorities, always De appreciate juniors. Only want number of sales not placed students after completing course. This is not a NGO this is fully corporate business.

1. The Organisation thrives on conspiracy and gossiping about employees personal lives instead of focusing on their assigned roles. The seniors are spent to do this desperately in maximum of working hours at Office. 2. Women in the workplace are particularly exploited by the management and immediate supervisors, creating unsafe and hostile environment. 3. The Organisation lacks essential policies such as HR, POSH, POCSO, Staff Welfare etc. This is the one man dictatorship organisation. 4. The management’s policies are riddled with countless loopholes, leading to revengeful actions against staff, such as termination based on false allegations, forced resignations, unethical transfers and more. 5. Leaders in the organisation lacks professional degrees and competence, further aggravating the situation.

Only salary on time.

Dislikes

Working culture are very worst. There are no ethics who to treat junior subordinate. There senior employee from BH & CH are not have any leadership skills. Always pressurise for overtime even you have completed your work. Always threatening about Rating. No extra Perks & benefits. Terrible Bank as I ever seen.
