Almost everything. They told only for buisness but don't thik about their infrastructure.systems are backdated.working culture totally backdated.Huge responsibility on teller. If anyone working in semi urban or rural branch then extra headache is Bandhan DSC . They come to branch for deposit their collection very lately. They are everything to bank , general banking staffs are nothing to them. If anyone joining there as a CRO then it's good but don't join there as a teller. After completing all works BM ask for buisness,if buisness doesn't happen BM told to go out after 6 PM and do buisness for branch..so, think twice to join there as a teller.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.

...here, very good culture nd discipline, specialy for women sequrity is wonderful. Salary and Holiday,also leave balance so good .its a best work experience .

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Good pay scale with higher appraisal than most banks.

Toxic work culture some other institution managers came and destroyed the work life balance to junior employees. Time of office is 9:00am to 6:00pm but they release you after 8:00pm.
