...lly, the workload is overwhelming, especially when compared to the compensation. The amount of work expected from each employee far exceeds what is reasonable given the salary offered. Furthermore, the scheduling of unnecessary meetings at inappropriate times adds to the frustration. Meetings scheduled at 9 PM are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to employees' personal time. When are we supposed to eat, rest, or even have a moment to ourselves? It is disheartening to note that higher management is aware of these issues but has yet to take them seriously. This disregard for employee well-being has led many of my colleagues to resign, and I ultimately made the same decision. I have never experienced such a difficult time in my professional life. While I understand the importance of hard work, this level of expectation is beyond reasonable. I am writing this note not just as an ex-employee, but out of concern for my brothers and sisters who continue to work under these conditions..

Good job security ,company rules and regulations is Good, skill development and learning skills is Good, salary also month end in time credit my account.

Salary hike percentage is very low and timings also to early paper work is very high and promotions also very late

...o job security and work life balance salary is 12000 per month literally no use. Salary is low and work is very very high.

No job security. No incentives they follow traditional method for every work. for 1 branch they give only 3 staff. They provide every low salary and they give high torture. Please don't join this bank and spoil your time and health
