...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.

1. lack of personal & professional growth. 2. There is no parity in experience & salary slab 3.No option for training & developments. 4.Lack of transparency in the promotion and appraisal process. 5.Very poor retention policy for talented employees.

There are many people so we are a family as Bandhan Paribar.

Posting distance from home this is main dislike. Performance reating very bad. Salary structure very poor for old staff. Any facility for new staff .Rural branch not suitable for operation due to AC.

No No No , ...........No. It's my biggest mistake to join as bsm in bandhan bank . It's not a bsm profile ist BSE or Sales officer profile. It's my humble request don't join the organisation in BSM profile . It's horrible and biggest mistake of my. Regards Raj Kumar

I feel ashamed that I was worked that bank. People having worst characters especially the cluster head.

...Job security is the big question mark and career growth are not at all possible. Salary you will get at the last day on last few hours of next day. Appraisals will come and no one knows how they fix the hike and bonus.
