In Bandhan Bank, there is no increase in the salary of the employees if they do not get the correct rating. There is also a problem in the promotion based on rating. In Bandhan Bank, the employees are unhappy due to not getting the promotion on time. Due to not getting the promotion, the employees are in helplessness. have resigned from their job

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Local manegement interference is effect the work environment. Big disadvantages in micro banking segment local manegement always pressurised you after work stay at branch guest room and go home in weekend and holidays
