Manager asks you to work on the holidays also and will disturb you on the office days to open account. I left the company because of that manager and now I'm not getting jobs. I opened nearly 25 accounts still misbehaved with me. He always gets into the personal life also.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Good pay scale with higher appraisal than most banks.

Toxic work culture some other institution managers came and destroyed the work life balance to junior employees. Time of office is 9:00am to 6:00pm but they release you after 8:00pm.

Bandhan bank has been a very good platform for me. I have learned a lot from Bandhan in improving my skills. Good communication, good relation with customers and team work, respecting seniors. Thanks Bandhan Bank.

In Bandhan Bank, there is no increase in the salary of the employees if they do not get the correct rating. There is also a problem in the promotion based on rating. In Bandhan Bank, the employees are unhappy due to not getting the promotion on time. Due to not getting the promotion, the employees are in helplessness. have resigned from their job
