The only thing i like about Bandhan Bank is it has build a strong network of branches pan india which is very beneficial for both the customers and bank staffs.

Dislikes

Compensation structure is pathetic. There is no uniformity. Moreover appraisals in Bandhan Bank are not done based on your performance. Its based completely on how good is ur relation with your supervisor. Work life balance does not prevail in Bandhan Bank. Trainin quality is too low. Most of the times trainings are arranged locally and that too the local trainers dont have any knowledge. Innovative ideas are not appreciated here. Whatever the higher authorities decide that is being imposed on staffs. Cluster Heads do nothing rather than humiliating the Bandhan Micro finance staffs and internal staffs of Bandhan Bank. Hardly they go out for any business call. People are made to. Work for stretched hours. No security arrangements in most of the branches. Huge amount of cash is handled by staffs in transit. Company is least bothered for any CMS arrangement. Matriculation pass and Higher Secondary pass guys are also working in the bank that too in Assistant Branch Head, Branch Head positions. What is the quality of work or service they will provide???? Nothing more to say. This is one of the worst organisation i have ever worked with.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.

Holidays and leaves are sufficient but approval depends solely on the supervisor. Also, resignation is solely dependent on supervisor and hence creates a lot of harrassment during the notice period. And very long notice period of 90 days.

Dislikes

...ors for each and everything. No support guidance or knowledge shared by seniors. Salary is very poor except for departmental seniors. HR team is very poor. HR does not know any company policy and will never solve any queries of employees. Overall, no proper system & process followed and hence is penalized frequently by RBI. Would never recommend anyone to join the bank.

...here, very good culture nd discipline, specialy for women sequrity is wonderful. Salary and Holiday,also leave balance so good .its a best work experience .
