... bamko in January 2020 and in April 2020 due to covid19 they asked us to resign. Salary was payed till April. Low job security as post covid they did not give me a 2nd chance and redeem my career. As according to rules during covid company should support its employees in this case they did not.

Low job security; too much politics, discrimination with employee

Bamko is one of the best company which i ever see. Work environment, career growth, salary and benefits makes it a good company.

Its really a great company but i just waiting for the gym because i am quite health conscious person. :)

The best company to give you a lot of exposure in terms of knowledge,skills and the clients you get to work ,challenges with each of the projects will make you grow, depends on you how much you can extract from it.

The company culture and politics is worst and is affecting all the employees who work hard and give their best. The topmost upper management is ruining the whole company by promoting favouritism culture and promoting only those who loves to butter them. Now day by day it's becoming worst and since there is no SOP so the promotions are also based on favouritism maximum times. Such a beautiful process and exposure to work but the politics is running this organisation. It's high time for Mr Ankur Sinha to think about it else we all know what happens to such companies on a longer run eventually.

The organisation is full of nepotism. They fired many employee who work hard but their family member are safe whatever they do work or not. Company does not need such family employee but they get unfair advantage. That's not good for everyone.. very bad 😠😠😡😡
