They pay salary after 10 days of the month starting but once you leave the job they doesn’t pay the salary for the 10 days you have worked. After asking for the pay for the 10 days the Hr will conclude by saying that it has been covered by the incentive that is paid during the working period. But incentives are paid while achieving the sales. They are also obtaining the strategy of BYJUS by making parents fool.

No proper training neither incentive structure. Long working hours with delayed incentive and salary payouts. Initially for freshers you may opt but you will end up direction less.
