Great place for work with niche technologies in place . Better for developers than testers . The management is good , but on contrary needs to revamp the team and bring in new folks who drive the whole organisation with a different perspective . Good scope for learning . Work environment and culture is good .

politics are more, work life balance, no proper requirements, no product knowledge, only the people to management will get more promotions and hike, no proper recognition for others who works hard and they are not close to management.

If you please your boss you will get an appraisal. No innovation. No career growth. Too much office politics. Show off in the name of work. No work actually.
