The company just been setup so there are internal issue that will not let you work peacefully. There are policy changes literally everyday.

...r management, no leadership team. No professionalism. No policies and adherence. Salary is delayed every single month. Management is rude and impolite. They can literally kick you out next day without any justification. My six months there was hell and a waste of time.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
