Dislikes

(Training, job security, career growth) this are all at equal level i. e at poor side. Company doesn't have any guidelines for a fresher employer . Some of employers, staff are hiding play a politics inside at all department. I must advice to a fresher candidate that he must do their job by his own skill, no will suggest you and non for any SOP reading. Do at the start of your work, ask to the line manager confidently to provide me a training session., wherever you cant apply your skill than dont go to do that work, otherwise they will blame you for any line stop cause.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts creative ideas. I love the fact that I am a part of a team from start in this company. Another plus point is work life culture and spending time with our family company will give more importance so we can mange our work life balance and 6 days work 2 days week off this is different form other industry schedule.

Dislikes

Career growth and Opportunities is very less because this company lean structure, so we couldn't expect promotion etc.

There are 2 plants in India, Taloja is the older one. Ball as a global company is very good from policies and other aspects but this specific location is having issues related to management and leadership, unqualified leaders and running on parellel personal agenda

Dislikes

There is autocratic way of working other persons opinion are not taken some how being yes man is the only way of survival. Salaries are better than market. But work infra and environmental factors are not upto the standards

This is a beverage pvt Ltd.. They take every food safety precautionary steps.. While talking about covid 19 lockdown. Company already started and they r following social distance and hand 🤚touch safety.

Dislikes

Responsible team which providing training to our fresher are not responding, means they r careless and leave them to learn by own in critical condition as well.. Must give a full guidance and cooperation from production training team.

company culture is US based .they giving full company training for all departments and already working employee also they giving which soft skill is required for related their work.

only one thing here my worry is here career growth is question mark
