management does not respect your hardwork, loyalty.. unsecured job, insulting language from management, very low salary, anytime management can hold the salary with unexpected reasons, salary realised on 15th of month, irritated work culture, unsecured exit from company.....

Nothing but has false recruiting policy , has no humans resources officer to hire candidate, lack of payment policy.

Unhealthy Work culture , CMD is aggressive to employees, Gives bad words, Providend fund money fully deduction from employees salaries (company has no policy's) Has no manners to recruiting employees.

They invited me for the interview for Sr. QC position. When my turn came as a first candidate for interview after 3 hrs straight waiting interviewer casually said, " what are u doing here? you belongs to mechanical branch and the position is for civil branch." but I was already made a inquiry at the office n they said I was eligible for the interview. Y didn't they go through candidates profile before inviting him for the interview.???
