Some type of hitler management. Ladies dont feel secure because of bad jokes and male coleagues always in cheap mentality. HR abusing nature she never help employees.

They people are so judgemental. They will take personal. Salary increment no guarantee. For adjustment purpose they can schedule you in any shift..They can ask you to leave the company any time,.if you performance is not good. You will always find new people.in company due to instability.

Everything was worst in Balasai Net Private Ltd. No management, no seriousness about work, no job security, no any appreciation. Girls should avoide to join this company, Not suitable and secure for the girls.

Working with this company for 5 months now. A long way to learn. Good to see that ther has been always improvments and adaption to new technologies. Proper training but only if from the correct person. Great to see all younsters around. Those who can not adapt or progress with the work given , eventually starts presurise and leaves and hense the balme games.

Poor management...no security for female employees...Mr.New CEO don't even know to manage all the things....nothing is there every thing is only politics...no job security...even they dont care for those employees who worked there for almost 10 years.....
