Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. If you want to start and you are a robot you can join else not.

Dislikes

The way they behave with their employees, unnecessary talks and claims to them. Deducting salary just for taking 1 leave atleast. They do not release full & final of the employees at the moment of their exit for atleast within a month after exit. I have left and it is being 3 months and I have not been paid my dues not even salary. Not answering me with any valid reason for not releasing. Very poor environment and bad company to work and join. No job security as well. They are just hiring and firing all times.
