There I have joined at good salary package from previous one and the work environment is absolutely good as mostly teams working under one roof with helping nature from each other's.

I have joined on different company payrol and both companies have not good co Ordinations on salary distributions and hiring and evacuation policy

TC Legal and Compliance- The culture is very bad in the organisation. There is no division of work or appreciation for the work employee does. The only thing that works here is the connections.

korean culture is good here but only for payroll employees

1 - off role employees has no work life balance. 2- 6 days working as payroll emp work 5days 3- no promotion or increments 4- Hr policy work made for payroll emp only.

The way company treated its employees just within a month of lock down and a crisis situation by laying off half its strength without any explanation was terrible

Dislikes

Discrimination in the treatment of Indian and Korean staff. While the layoff drive started in India along with paycuts, korean employees had to go through pay cuts only
