...e salaries correctly, and employees are required to sign a three-year agreement. If you wish to leave before that, you are forced to pay three months' salary and serve a three-month notice period. There are no salary increments, and no one is held accountable for their responsibilities. HR is practically nonexistent until you submit your resignation. This company lacks senior staff, making it difficult to learn or grow. Employees are expected to work 9 hours a day with only a 20-minute break, and no weekends off. If you’re working on a project, you’ll likely be forced to work on Sundays with no compensation, and there are no safety measures for women, especially those commuting from outside Chennai. If you're staying in a hostel, they will take advantage of you by denying you holidays and making you work long hours, even extending your shifts for 2-3 days. Worse, after putting in all that hard work, they might suddenly change the project you're working on, giving your project to someone else who takes credit for your efforts. For married women, this company is especially problematic. They assign you to projects with multiple male developers, and the managers pressure you to work late at night to provide updates. There’s no way to refuse, and this happens regularly. The salary is extremely low—around 13k for freshers, with only a 2k appraisal after a year, even if you ask about it. The justification given is that you're not performing well, even though their senior employees only get 2k raises and have been with the company for years. There’s no training, and you're immediately thrown into projects where you're expected to provide updates. If you put in your resignation and fall ill, they treat you poorly and even monitor your working hours using a time-tracking app. This means you’re constantly watched, and if you move away from your laptop or even go to the bathroom, it triggers an alert, showing you're not working properly. The company provides outdated and poorly maintained laptops that are essentially falling apart. If something goes wrong with them, you are expected to pay for repairs. They also do not offer support when you have personal or health issues. There’s a lack of professionalism—no proper documentation, and the Business Analyst has no knowledge of the projects, constantly asking for updates without understanding the details. The senior developers have a bad attitude, and the work culture is toxic. He, the tester, along with some developers, works hard, but their contributions are overshadowed as credit is taken by others. Management hates him. The working hours are unreasonable. If you leave the office at 8 PM and return the next day at 10 AM, they consider that time as part of your work hours and demand updates on that period too. The company is aware of the long commute times for employees but doesn’t provide any support, like transportation, for those who need it. They pick favorites and offer transportation to those employees, leaving others to walk long distances. Even the person serving tea in the office has no respect for employees, and the situation is even worse at the Kodambakkam branch. For example, women are scolded by the tea vendor if they try to dispose of sanitary pads in the bathroom, even with men around. Additionally, they do not allow employees to wear black clothing and force everyone to eat vegetarian food in the office, which further restricts personal choice and comfort. In conclusion, this company offers no opportunities for growth, no salary increments, delayed payments, and a complete lack of recognition for your work. Please, stay away from this company if you value your career and well-being.
