balaji multiflex is a good company and fast growing units in plastic industry's. work environment of company is excellent,salary is not attractive for local candidate but outside candidate can get good offer from company.there are all the facilities like transport facilities,food facilities,and many other facilities for employees.overall as per i am working here since 1.5year this company is good for fresher's who wants to learn and go ahead in his career.if you are interested in plastic packaging line then its better company for experience.

Dislikes

company has a 8 hours duty but still they are applying 9 hours for work.i dont like the management of the company because local candidate or employee who are working here since company establishement they are not getting good salary for him but new comers fresher getting more then older. i don't know how company forget his old employee s that are from starting when company started.

Balaji multiflex is a flexible packaging company where do mostly uneducated employees and its management very bad condition because here going on autocracy of general manager here is not any rule of salary increment nor working rule
