If you want to learn the work this place is for you. But you have to learn by yourself only no one will tell you what to do and how to do. You will get very less help from others.

Dislikes

No security, no PF, no work life balance nothing is there. Salary is very less according to the work. No equality, only reference matter here. If someone on high post referring someone they may get high salary if they have less work it does not matter. You may work hard but still you will get no appraisal.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
