Working with this company was a great pleasure. People out there are very cooperative. The work atmosphere is properly arranged so that employees feel comfortable. Senior staff helps newly joined staff. That was my first job and first step to my career growth and I totally admire it. All products of company were of excellent quality. As a man MDs were very loveable persons , in my openion they depended too much on General Manager. But this man kept them in dark and minted lot of money from the projects in UP . Inspite of excellent products company couldnot make its mark in Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala and it is all due to wrong planning of Genwral Manager Mr Jaspreet Singh.

Dislikes

Oweners were excellent human beings but they lack managerial qualities.
