I personally appreciate to most of the staff not all, in Balaji Communication.

Dislikes

There is some Salary issue they can't pay on time there is some staff who create politics planning and the seniors can not be judge any good sales person and takes actions on staff quickly without any reason just because of politics, which is creating by some nonsense person who has zero knowledge of retail industry. My suggestion to Balaji Communication make your Own rules and see personally all the staff who is the good sales person in your outlets, don't believe any one and don't trust any one also because of so many employees are used your innocent behaviour.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
