It was completely different and new learning experience for 1.5 years! Having worked in Global and Multinational organisations Baladna is a 100% proprietary organisation. All thinking is left in the hands of the MD and CEO (2 different people). It was a completely new learning experience for me. I come from a corporate style of thinking of Global organisations where the 100% leadership chain is working, thinking and challenging with decision making pushed down to the lowest level (which is always encouraged). Here everything comes from the Top 2 only! The new learning experience is what I got to know!

Dislikes

They have no long term strategic thinking and the average life of the CEO and Executive leadership team members or GM's is very very short.
