It was ok working there, as a fresher I learnt a lot. Teammates were nice until the good ones left, soon after that politics began. I had travel issues then. Now due to rapid metro there is convenience.

Dislikes

...began, working environment became bad. Nothing new I found that I could explore. Apraisal and salary issues are there very much. Not worth to work there if one needs career growth.

No benefit even if we put extra effort. For learning it is okay.

Dislikes

Salary is too low for freshers. And there is no satisfied hike for the employee who work hard. Minimum facilities like food and cab we can't even expect. But still colleagues are friendly, we can learn if we are interested.

Company management is very good and on time salary

People who are sitting in upper position,they should know how to handle the team and they should not do any gender biased. And also promotion should be happened as per skill & capability wise, not as per sustainable period wise.

Good and stable products so that employees can work easily. Salary getting on time on monthly basis.

Dislikes

Experience, knowledge and Performances based salaries not given to employees. Appraisal, increment, other facilities like food, travelling, HR Policies not available and implementation not done properly. EHS Policies not available and not taking seriously. Cultural activities not celebrated at sites. Employee work evaluation not done. PF, Bonus qnd and LTA is very less as compared to other Pharma organisations.

Salary credited on time always 1 st date of every months.

In the department your are fixed for one specific role ,they are not changing your role ,it impacts your growth because you didn't learn and experience new things.
