One of the worst management which i have ever seen in my career. Hr dept does not have any culture,no HR policies,they wont fix salary as per the decided during the process of interview, they fix as per their own mgt decision. There is no growth,no apprasail, late coming deduction.

Good and stable products so that employees can work easily. Salary getting on time on monthly basis.

Dislikes

Experience, knowledge and Performances based salaries not given to employees. Appraisal, increment, other facilities like food, travelling, HR Policies not available and implementation not done properly. EHS Policies not available and not taking seriously. Cultural activities not celebrated at sites. Employee work evaluation not done. PF, Bonus qnd and LTA is very less as compared to other Pharma organisations.

Salary credited on time always 1 st date of every months.

Dislikes

In the department your are fixed for one specific role ,they are not changing your role ,it impacts your growth because you didn't learn and experience new things.

Not working culture in ground level so many ueless activities in a day less senior filed work in a area only RSM and ARSS In a company but other company SM,ZSM,DSM all are working properly but Balpharma on two senior person work in a field

No benefit even if we put extra effort. For learning it is okay.

Dislikes

Salary is too low for freshers. And there is no satisfied hike for the employee who work hard. Minimum facilities like food and cab we can't even expect. But still colleagues are friendly, we can learn if we are interested.
