Management,Staff,work are too good but Not secure job and not satisfied with the salary

Not secure job and not paying proper salary, I deserve better salary as my qualifications but bal bhavan not giving me good salary

It's a school with transparency, team mates are cooperative, work environment is good. It provides great opportunities to those who are ready to go an extra mile. management is very cooperative and open to suggestions. Great place to work and learn.

Bal Bhavan was like a family to me. I still miss working there. I learned a lot there and achieved a lot for myself.

There is a little work pressure in Bal Bhavan but if it is managed according to time then it is manageable.

Nothing they just play with the lives of human beings based on community this school is working giving benefits only to muslim people ..Hindus are worst treated and especially music which is the integral part of India ..still they don't like

I didn't like anything ..worst management worst culture community favourism ..terrible

I must say this is not a dislike thing, it's TRUE that those who love the challenges and great enthusiasm to face such things, only those people survive over there.🙂
