...environment to every learner and also promote career growth of every individual.The salary is fine.Every new year we explore innovative ideas which we inculcate in students.There is a balance between learning and teaching..The school even throws workshops for teachers for new ideas and effective teaching which was really useful for me.It takes teachers and students on tour which itself prooved educative..

...f literary club I have to conduct few other things which added burden sometimes.the pay scale was not uniform at all,there is a vast difference in salary distribution. The manager do not value individuals they want there work done at any cost.I got promotion in class but there was no salary increment.

Hi, I was very glad to got an opportunity to worked in this institute as an assistant teacher. I had learnt a lot i.e how to interact with students, council them etc, all the staffs are very supportive and the management really considered about teachers as well as the other staffs too. They really understand the problems of their staffs. Thank u Bal Bharti School (Principal and Director Sir) given an opportunity to worked in your institution.
