Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Not getting any promotion after working for 14 years.

As I had done my teacher training from the same school,to work in this institution was a dream come true.Its enthusiastic environment always motivated to render best of my teacher skills.Being good in art gave me a recognition and to be in star books of my principal sir Mr.Bhattachrya.

No dislikes,if I get an opportunity I would like to work again in Bal Bharti Public School.

I like this school, since 2009 I am working in this school, good environment, I feel supported by the administrative team because they actively listen to teacher feedback during meetings. Providing more resources for the library would allow students greater access to materials that support their learning. Students also feel good about their career. Work pressure is good. Our school first priority is multi disciplinary development for every student. Great school.

Updation of school equipment.
