I am working since 4 years in BaksonInd. Company culture is very bad difficult to work with the uneducated and mindless seniors, they are treating very rudely and not careful about junior employees. No anyone can learn from this company and improve there skills, If you work good you'll never appreciated and your seniors never like you in the company or your salary will not increase. I request you guys please not come to this worst company...

Promotion is based on how unqualified and chugal khor you are. Qualified staff is always leg down by the owner because unqualified staff is the base of their business.....

Good to work environment and culture, Mr. Boss is very supportive always ready to help to with positive speach . But some of Negitive people always update him because of no work with them and all time doing this job only with big salary , but Mr. Boss know all about them and always avoiding these type of peoples.

Best thing is The Owner is qualified professional. He is really well-balanced, meaning never runs behind money. Nurtures & supports all newcomers in the Bakson family to enable them stability & free hand to work independently.

The culture is still not completely professional, as the organisation is still growing at a fast pace, so somethings are slow to catch up.
