I am working since 4 years in BaksonInd. Company culture is very bad difficult to work with the uneducated and mindless seniors, they are treating very rudely and not careful about junior employees. No anyone can learn from this company and improve there skills, If you work good you'll never appreciated and your seniors never like you in the company or your salary will not increase. I request you guys please not come to this worst company...
