The Environment is good, supportive staff and all management is like father figure, timing is good with no work presher

Dislikes

Extra curricular activity, fun activity, Festival parties and team outings are not there further not proper work allocation, salaries and annual increments as there is no proper policy relating to it.

wonderful open to new research and development activititeis, I am a part of management team Market reliable and high quality proeudct are being produced for the domesting and international market

complensation is decent but growth is little slow, working hours are flexible maxi 8 hours working in a day i have to attend various training and development .Management value the individuals. I appreciate customers and vendors appreciation in marketing and purchase.
