Very bad Work life balance and don't have job security for over a month. Company works on hire and fire strategy. Didn't have any good role of HR Department in this Company

Salary credited on time.seniors are very supportive & learning part also very good. You will learn from scratch.The great thing that products are very demanding.

You have to travell for outstation visit 15-20 days in a month.

Nothing except the people. People are very good and politics here doesn’t exist.

You’ll have to travel almost 200 KMS on average when in tour. Salary is not at all good. Company provides less than average travel allowances and stay.

They paid very less amount in the time of covid or rest month 50% of salary but now all due has cleared in September month only in April and May got 50% salary but huge pressure as in sales some issue regarding live location of 8hr in WhatsApp now working in home location not forcing to visit another state or traveling other cities as was doing before covid

Huge pressure with low salary and also each and every time impose fine for not submitting daily report or any other matter. No complete product information not given so sometimes face problems to deal cst

...t any support from the senior management, they don't even listen to your issues. Holds the salary of 2-3 months, if employee is not able to submit the monthly expenses. There is nothing like work life balance in company, you need to work day and night, even then also the seniors criticize everytime.
