Good WLB and some team members are very helpful. US managers are chill. Permanent WFH available based on team.

Dislikes

Low salary. Bad management in last 2 years. Frequent leadership change affecting team morale. Slow growth

People around are good, work culture is good which clearly flows from senior management.

Dislikes

Still working on legacy technologies, very slow in adopting new techs. Such a big brand can definitely afford to pay as per/better than market standards.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
