For me it's excellent Company to work for. Treatment towards employees is better than several other companies.

Dislikes

Till date, nothing specific except reduction in compensation benefits. That point is still better than competitors in my opinion. Mainly the support of base team to field team is awesome in difficult conditions.

Very old head managers like Shila & amith Do worst politics Bonus will be given only to their favourite people or konkanis Too much sadism and mental torture

Good WLB and some team members are very helpful. US managers are chill. Permanent WFH available based on team.

Low salary. Bad management in last 2 years. Frequent leadership change affecting team morale. Slow growth

HR Policies need a revisit. Benefits are in place but need more focus on Medical benefits. Local leadership will help company to grow more.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
